Refund policy
Returns
We want you to enjoy your purchase! We accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All we ask is for your item to be returned to us in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Shipping costs are refundable only if we made a mistake or there is damage. Otherwise, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Custom designed commission pieces
- Items on Sale

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return meets the conditions above then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days and may take additional time to process depending on payment method.

Exchanges for Damaged Item
Since all of our products are custom designed and painted, if your item is received damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for a similar designed item. Please send us an email at monah@monahpaintings.com and send your item to: Monahpaintings LLC, 20 Solana Rd., Ponte Vedra Beach FL 32082, United States so we can help you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
