We want you to love your purchase.
Every piece at Made by Mona H is thoughtfully hand-painted and created by Mona in our Florida studio. With over 700 unique designs to choose from, each item is made with care and intended to bring joy for years to come.
If for any reason your purchase isn't the right fit, we're here to help.
Our 15-Day Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging whenever possible
- Free from damage caused after delivery
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to complete the transaction.
Damaged During Shipping?
We carefully package every order, but occasionally shipping accidents happen.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A few clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging if possible
We'll review everything as quickly as possible and happily work with you to replace your item or find the best solution.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged during shipping
- We accidentally sent the wrong item
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, especially on higher-value orders.
Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our products are individually created, the following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
Exchanges
Because each piece is individually hand-painted, an identical replacement may not always be available.
If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us and we'll do our best to find a similar design you'll love.
